Tyrian-Commonwealth Lodge No. 362 embarked on a special visitation to Eureka Lodge No. 366, Union City, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, April 2, 2015. Officers wore their full Masonic attire. Twelve (12) members of the Lodge journeyed on the visitation. Peter M. Kraus, DDGM, was also in attendance. Michael E. Yovich, Worshipful Master of Eureka Lodge No. 366, as well as his Officers and Members, graciously provided fraternal friendship, fellowship, and hospitality. By the end of the evening, the Brethren of Tyrian-Commonwealth Lodge No. 362 had liberated the Traveling Trowel of the 24th Masonic District, traveling the Trowel to a new venue. Read More . . .
Tyrian-Commonwealth Lodge No. 362 held a Family Spring Social on Friday evening, March 27, 2015 at the Education Center at Frontier Park, Erie, Pennsylvania. Attendees were invited to bring their favorite board game or card game to enhance the friendly interaction of all. A number of Brothers attended, with their families, including a couple of adorable young children. The board game “Apples to Apples” turned out to be the big hit of the night, giving us an opportunity to learn some rather unique information about each other. Many thanks to Brother Eric E. Just this past year, Stillwater Lodge No. 547 in Youngsville received two requests for donation from youth organizations. One request from Warren Extreme All-Star Cheerleaders in Warren, and the other from The Little Eagles Wrestling Club in Youngsville. Warren Extreme All-Star’s pull membership from all over Warren County, and The Little Eagles Wrestling Club pulls their membership primarily from the Youngsville Schools attendance area. Bro. J. Robert Taylor, PDDGM was recognized as a First Responder at a special presentation following the January 2015 stated meeting of Lake Erie Lodge No. 347, held at Masonic Hall in Girard, PA. A First Responder's pin was presented to Bro. Taylor in recognition of his quick response after the previous month's stated meeting, when he executed the Heimlich Maneuver to save a fellow Member who was choking. Bro. June 14, 2014 – Stillwater Lodge #547 in Youngsville, PA, held a flag dedication ceremony, as well as an open house (in conjunction with North Star Lodge No. 241 and Joseph Warren Lodge No. 726). Over 100 attendees - including 70 from the community – were in attendance, enjoying the festivities. The flag dedication ceremony featured speakers from the Lodge and from the local state assemblywoman, Kathy Rapp, with the local high school marching band providing patriotic music. Read More . . .
